This is to certify that the details of Securities dematerialized / Rematerialized during the period from 01.10.2025 to 31.12.2025 as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 have been furnished to the Stock Exchange(s) where the shares of the Company are listed.

This is to inform you that the Trading Window Closure Period of the Company will be from Thursday the 01st January 2026 to Sunday the 15th February 2026 (Both days inclusive) ie. from the Quarter ended 31st December 2025 till 48 hours on declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025 at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 13th February 2026. The Trading Window shall open for Trading from 16th February 2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(a) and (c) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are submitting herewith the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30.09.2025 and Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the period 30.09.2025 duly approved by the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 11.11.2025. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.55. A.M. and concluded at 13.45 P.M. on 11.11.2025.

Outcome of Board Meeting held on 11.11.2025 and Disclosure under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on 11.11.2025 had inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30.09.2025 and the Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the period ended 30.09.2025. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.55 A.M. and concluded at 13.45 P.M. on 11.11.2025.
