In continuation to our filings made on 10.11.2025-Allotment of Shares to eligible shareholders of Lords Mark Industries Limited (Transferor Company).The Company shall allot 426596580 equity shares of Rs.10/- each credited as fully paid up to all eligible shareholders of Lords Mark Industries Limited whose names appear on the register of members as on record date of 20.11.2025. The allotment will be considered post reduction and extinguishment of existing shareholders.The allotment will be in the ratio of 1.25 equity shares of Lords Mark India Limited for every 1 equity shares held in Lords Mark Industries Limited.
