Pursuant to provisions of SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and trading restrictions placed by the companys internal code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons we would like to inform that the window for trading in the securities of the company shall remain close for the designated persons from Thursday January 01 2026 till expiry of 48 hours after decleration of the Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31 2025 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
