Under Regulation 30 readwith Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we wish to inform that the Company has entered into agreement inter-alia for sale of its entire 80% stake held in Emirates Technologies Private Limited(ETPL) a subsidiary of the Company on August 14 2025.We are enclosing herewith the details of aforesaid sale as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/POD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 and marked the same as Annexure I.
