In continuation to our intimation of Outcome of Board Meeting dated May 12 2024 purusant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has been incorporated on Thursday July 25 2024 in Federal Republic of Nigeria with the name MANORAMA SAVANNA LIMITED.
