Maruti Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held today i.e. Monday May 12 2025 has been adjourned due to unforeseen circumstances.The adjourned meeting will now be held on Friday May 16 2025 to consider the agenda items as previously communicated in our intimation dated May 08 2025.
