Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday July 29 2024 has approved the Allotment of 167000 (One Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand) Equity Shares and 216000 (Two Lakh Sixteen Thousand) warrants convertible into Equity at issue price of Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Only) which consists of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) as face value and Rs. 140/- (Rupees One Hundred and Forty only) as premium per Equity Share and Warrant as determined by the Board in accordance with the pricing guidelines prescribed under Regulation 164 of the ICDR Regulations and applicable law to the Allottees on preferential basis.
