1 On the recommendation of the Audit Committee Meeting held on May 14 2025 Board approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025 the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at March 31 2025 the Statement of Cash Flow as at March 31 2025 and the Independent Auditors Report with unmodified opinion on Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2025. Copies of the same are enclosed herewith. 2. Recommended a Dividend of 4.50% (? 0.45 only) per equity shares of ?. 10/- for the financial year ended March 31 2025 out of accumulated profits of the company.
