Pursuant to Schedule III(A)(12) read with Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we forward the copies of Notice published in Newspaper viz Business Line (in English) and Makkal Kural (in Tamil) on 25.06.2025 informing the shareholders about the proposed transfer of dividend remained unclaimed for a period of 7 consecutive years and underlying Equity Shares of those shareholders based on the data complied in respect of the Final Dividend 2017-28.
