JMC Projects (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held<BR>on May 12 2022 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & financial year ended March 31 2022 and to recommend Dividend if any on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2021-22.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the Companys Code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company was closed with effect from April 01 2022 and will re-open Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of said Financial Results.<BR><BR>Further the Company will hold an Investors / Analyst Conference Call on May 16 2022 on Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2022.
