In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (7) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today February 28 2025 has appointed Ms. Megha Vimal Doshi (Membership No.: A63408) as Company Secretary Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 01st March 2025.Ms. Megha Vimal Doshi will discharge the duties in terms of SEBI Regulations & Companies Act 2013 as applicable.
