Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) regulations 2015 the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 10th November 2025 have approved and taken on record the unaudited financial results (standalone) of the company for the half year ended 30th September 2025.We would like to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 3:00 P.M. (IST)

We hereby submit certificate under Regulation 74(5) SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended September 30 2025 received from M/s. MUFG Intime India Private Limited Registrar and share Transfer Agent of our company.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held today i.e. on Wednesday 08th October 2025 at the corporate office of the company to approve an application under section 129 r/w Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013 for the compounding of offence under section 441 of the Companies Act 2013.

The trading window for dealing in the shares of the company shall remain closed from Wednesday 1st October 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year ending on 30th September 2025.During this period of closure of Trading Window all directors Designated Persons Insiders and their immediate relatives will not enter into any transaction involving the securities of the company.

The company has recently shifted one of its Pecos Branch located at Koramangala Bangalore to a new location at Brigade Road in Shanthi Nagar ward Bangalore. Considering the new Pecos branch is located at a strategic location the company is expected to gain incremental revenue in current fiscal year.Further the company have had paid continuously final dividend to its shareholders during three preceding financial year i.e. for F.Y. 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25. This might have cause to increase strong faith of shareholders in the company.
