We wish to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today i.e. on May 29 2025 the Board of Directors of PMC Fincorp Limited (the Company) approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended March 31 2025 and recommended Dividend of One Percent (1%) amounting to Rs. 0.01./- (Rupees One Paisa only) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 1/- each fully paid-up for the Financial Year 2024-25 subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
