In reference to the captioned subject the Company has delayed in submission of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2025. We understand that the disclosure was required to be made within thirty minutes from the closure of the meeting or within three hours if the meeting closed after normal trading hours but more than three hours before the beginning of the next trading day. The delay was due to unforeseen technical difficulties and IT issues faced by our office systems. We sincerely regret the delay in submission of the financial results. We enclosed herewith the detailed reason for delayed submission of financial results.
