In continuation to our letter no. SEIL/Sec./SE/2025-26/26 dated July 21 2025 regarding resignation of Ms. Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharyya from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company please note that the Board of Directors of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited (Company) at their meeting held today i.e. August 28 2025 have inter-alia transacted and approved:1) Resignation of Ms. Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharyya from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from closure of business hours on September 15 2025; and2) Appointment of Mr. Omkar Prasad as Chief Financial Officer (designated as Key Managerial Personnel & Senior Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. September 16 2025.
