In view of the above circumstances we request you to grant us an extension of time till 25th December 2024 for submission of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2024.Therefore the new date of the Board Meeting to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the year and quarter ended March 31 2024 will be intimated separately.You are requested to kindly take the same on record.The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 06:00 p.m. and concluded at 07:00 p.m.
