Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Shiv Texchem Limited (the Company) informs that the Company has received Letter of Acceptance from 3N Composite Products LLP/Orson Resins and coatings (the Authority) dated July 03 2025 for the Supply of Styrene Monomer (Contract). The cost of the Contract is Rs. 90270000 (Nine Crores Two Lakh Seventy Thousand Rupees).
