Approved Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter/ year ended 31st March 2025. We are enclosing herewith duly signed Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2025 as approved by the Board along with Auditors Report issued by Statutory Auditors M/s. Jayantilal Thakkar & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm Reg No. 104133W). Declaration for unmodified opinion in respect of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2025 is also enclosed. 2. Recommended payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 5/- per Equity Share (250%) on the Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (face value) for the year ended 31st March 2025 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
