Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 34 we do hereby submit Annual Report 2024-25.This is to inform you that the Company has already submitted Annual Report 2024-25 to the BSE on 25th July 2025 but accidently under the wrong head for which we also have acknowledgement but as the head was not appropriate the Annual Report is not showing under the Financials Head. Kindly do the needful and accept the Annual Report.
