This is to inform that in pursuance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of conduct to prevent insider trading The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for considering the unaudited Financials Results for the First Quarter ended 30th June 2025 and other allied matters with effect from the end of day Monday 30th June 2025 and shall remain closed till 48hrs of conclusion of the Board Meeting at which the said unaudited financial results shall be approved.
