We herewith inform you that the Timex Group Luxury Watches B.V. the Promoter of Timex Group India Limited pursuant to the notice dated June 24 2025 and letter dated June 252025 has informed the Company that it has sold 15142500 equity shares of the Company.Pursuant to aforementioned sale of shares the shareholding of the Promoter in the Company has reduced from 74.93% of the paid up equity share Capital of the Company to 59.93% of the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
