Pursuant to the Companys code of conduct and Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 (including any statutory modification and re-enactment thereof) the Trading window for trading/dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated persons and their Immediate relatives from 1st July 2025 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial results of the Company for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-2026 ended on 30th June 2025. The date of Board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter will be intimated to the Stock exchange separately in due course.
