Press Release - FIT 3PL Warehousing Private Limited (FIT 3PL) a wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited approved the execution of definitive agreements for the proposed acquisition of 100% of the paid -up share capital of Swamy & Sons 3PL Private Limited (Target Entity) by way of a combination of primary and secondary acquisition of shares (Proposed Transaction) on 28th January 2026.
