This is to inform that in term of Companys code of conduct for trading by Insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the trading window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and Promoters of the Company from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31st March 2025.
