The Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 30 2025 considered and recommended to shareholders of the Company a final dividend of Rs 4.50 (Four Rupees and Fifty paise) (45 %) per equity share of Rs 10 (Rupees Ten Only) each (Fully Paid up) for the Financial Year Ended March 31 2025.
