Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 9th August 2024 have approved the appointment of Mr. Paresh Kajrolkar Head of the Internal Audit based on the recommendation of Audit Committee as Internal Auditor of the Company w.e.f. 9th August 2024.
