Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Monday July 28 2025 shall be taken as Record date for determining entitlement of members for payment of dividend of Rs. 500/- per equity share of Rs. 100/- each as recommended by the Board of Directors for the financial year ended March 31 2025 subject to approval of Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting dated August 04 2025. Dividend shall be paid if declares in the AGM on or before August 30 2025.
