Satyam says client confidence improving

The Board of the Fraud-hit Satyam Computer Services Limited is meeting in Mumbai on Thursday. Earlier on Wednesday its new chairman said that the company is reassuring wary clients about its long-term prospects. He told reporters Satyam was in a position to pay employee salaries for February mainly from receivables, and said arranged bank funding would be coming in a few days.
