Amarnath Yatra generates employment for Kashmiris

Baltal (J-K), July 14 (ANI): Rugged treks, rains, and different weather conditions en route the shrine cave, the local services providers including pony operators and porters manage to provide safe and comfortable journey to the Amarnath pilgrims. Most of them are Kashmiri Muslims, who make a major part in Amarnath Yatra. This yatra also generates seasonal employment for locals in Kashmir. Besides providing business to the locals, the AmarnathYatra also showcases the bond between Kashmiris and the pilgrims.The 46-day yatra will conclude on August 15.
