Amritsar police distributes free meals to needy amid lockdown

Amritsar (Punjab), Mar 25 (ANI): Police in Amritsar distributed food to the needy amid lockdown in wake of Coronavirus outbreak. In a move to restrict the further spread of contagious disease, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced nationwide lockdown for next 3 weeks. Total number of confirmed cases in India rose to 562, while 29 cases have been registered in Punjab.
