BJP speaking Pak's language not Congress: Shashi Tharoor

New Delhi, Dec 11 (ANI): Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on December 11 said that the BJP is the party which is speaking language of Pakistan not Congress, "If anyone is speaking language of Pakistan its BJP not Congress," said Tharoor.
