New Delhi, Mar 23 (ANI): After Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, imposed lockdown in Delhi and announced that only 25 per cent of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus fleet will continue to ply on roads in the national capital, reduced number of DTC buses were running amid lockdown in the city. The shortage of buses left commuters stranded on the bus stands. One of the commuters said, "I want to go to Paharganj as I need to buy medicines but I am waiting here for 15-20 minutes and there is no bus." CM Arvind Kejriwal has announced a lockdown in the state from 6 AM today till March 31. A total of 415 positive cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in India as of today.
