COVID-19 outbreak: Delhi observes state-wide lockdown

New Delhi, Mar 23 (ANI): After Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal announced a state-wide lockdown, the city observed the same as very few people were seen at Rajpath area. Indian Railways has also cancelled all passenger trains till March 31 in view of coronavirus outbreak. CM Arvind Kejriwal has announced a lockdown in the state from 6 AM today till March 31.
