New Delhi, Jan 13 (ANI): Homeless flock to night shelters due to extreme cold weather. These night shelters have become heaven for homeless people. They are provided with free blankets, pillows. Severe cold wave conditions in the national capital have made life out of order. Due to intense cold, commuters are facing problems in morning hours.
