Raigarh (Chhattisgarh), Aug 14 (ANI): Kelo River is overflowing following heavy and incessant rainfall in Chhattisgarh's Raigarh. Water has entered in the houses disrupting day-to-day life of people. Administration has issued an alert regarding heavy rainfall and has also declared holiday in schools.
