Lt Governor GC Murmu attends programme under 'Back to Village' in JandK

Katra (JandK), Nov 27 (ANI): Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu attended a programme under 'Back to Village' scheme on November 27. While addressing the event, he said, "We're assessing how much did the schemes of central government benefit you while Article 370 was in place. I think you were deprived of many of them. Now, you have opportunity to utilise them," said Lt Governor.
