Manmohan Singh pays last respect to Congress' Hans Raj Bhardwaj

New Delhi, Mar 09 (ANI): Former prime minister Manmohan Singh paid floral tribute to Congress senior leader Hans Raj Bhardwaj at his residence. He died at the age of 82 due to cardiac arrest. He also served the nation as union law minister.
