Modi accuses previous Congress Govt for hindering development

Tasgaon, Oct 5 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday assailed the previous Congress government during a rally in Tasgaon, Maharashtra. Modi said that the Congress government is responsible for hindering development in the country.
