Newspaper sale falls drastically amid coronavirus lockdown

New Delhi, Apr 05 (ANI): The sale and distribution of newspaper have gone drastically down in the national capital amid COVID-19 outbreak. Distributers and newspaper hawkers are facing several difficulties as various shops are closed in the city amid lockdown in India. Several people are not buying newspapers with a fear that it will spread the disease further. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a 21-day lockdown amid coronavirus pandemic which will continue till April 14. There are total 466 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Delhi including six death and 15 cured. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 2784 in India and 75 deaths.
