Piyush Goyal targets Congress over public welfare schemes

New Delhi, March 30 (ANI): Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal targeted Congress over public welfare schemes. Speaking about National food Security Act, he said, "Would you end the food security of 80 crore people to whom we have promised that they won't sleep empty stomach? Would you end the scholarship of poor, OBC, schedule caste and tribe? What does Congress want to do?"
