PM Modi questions Congress for its plans to reduce armed forces in J-K

Sitapur (UP), Apr 27 (ANI): While addressing a public meeting in Uttar Pradesh's Sitapur Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "Congress is saying that they will reduce presence of armed forces in Jammu and Kashmir. Congress wants to repeal sedition law too. Can people with such mentality remove terrorism and naxalism?"
