Police horse Shaktiman's memorial statue built

Dehradun, July 10 (ANI): A memorial has been built for a horse 'Shaktiman', who succumbed to injuries in April this year, after being allegedly attacked by BJP legislator Ganesh Joshi in Uttarakhand's Dehradun city. Expressing happiness, Shaktiman's caretaker, Shyam Singh Chauhan said he was happy that the government is taking initiative and putting its statue, adding that it's sad that the horse is no more. The horse drew sympathy on social networking websites where wildlife lovers from across the world came down heavily on the legislator.
