River Chandra in Lahaul-Spiti freezes as temperature dips

Lahaul-Spiti (Himachal Pradesh), Jan 03 (ANI): River Chandra in Himachal Pradesh's Lahaul-Spiti has frozen partially due to cold wave. Severe cold spell has hit the states of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir. Normal life got affected as the temperature is dipping day by day in several parts of North India.
