Scientifically proven that one should not marry in same clan: CM Khattar

Panchkula (Haryana), Jan 10 (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar attended nationwide stakeholder consultations on safety of women and children on Jan 10. Speaking at the event he said that it has been scientifically proven that one should not marry in the same clan. "Today, Khaap Panchayat has been maligned here, but one point of Khaap that came to my mind that they said no marriage should be done in the same clan and it has been proven scientifically," said CM Khattar.
