Lahaul (Himachal Pradesh), Apr 09 (ANI): Intense cold wave conditions continued in Himachal Pradesh on April 08. Koksar area received fresh snowfall in the higher reaches. Life came to stand still in the area after a sheet of snow covered the Himachal region.
