Watch: Locals in Northeast Delhi play Holi peacefully

New Delhi, Mar 10 (ANI): Locals in Northeast region of Delhi were seen enjoying Holi. Dipped in festive mood, locals played Holi peacefully in the area. The region has witnessed riots in last week of February. Festival that signifies victory of good over evil is being played throughout the nation today.
