Why she never gave special state status to Bihar? Tejashwi asks Sitharaman

Patna (Bihar), Oct 22 (ANI): Speaking to media on October 22, ahead of Bihar elections, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav spoke on Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) manifesto for Bihar polls. Yadav said, "BJP doesn't have a face for Bihar polls. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had to come to release vision document. Since she is here, Sitharaman ji should first tell why she never gave a special package and special state status to Bihar," he added.
