India, Mauritius ink five agreements to boost bilateral ties

Port Louis, March 12 (ANI): India and Mauritius have signed five agreements during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the country, the most important of which is the MoU on cooperation on ocean economy. The MoUs were signed in Port Louis last night in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Mauritian counterpart Sir Anerood Jugnauth. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who arrived in the Mauritian capital Port Louis yesterday after completing the Seychelles leg of his tour, will be the chief guest at the Independence Day celebrations in Mauritius today. He will also address the National Assembly of the country.
