Ottawa, April 15 (ANI): Indian envoy to Canada Vishnu Prakash stated Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit would enhance ties on a gamut of issues, including energy and education. Modi arrived in Canadian capital Ottawa on Tuesday for the final leg of his three-nation tour after visiting France and Germany. Modi's visit is the first bilateral visit by an Indian prime minister in 42 years. During his tour, Modi will meet his counterpart Stephen Harper and Governor General of Canada David Johnston apart from business leaders. Modi will also interact with Indian community at Ricoh Coliseum, an ice hockey stadium in Toronto. Modi's trip could also clinch a fuel supply agreement with Canada's biggest uranium producer, Cameco, two Indian sources said. India's deal to buy uranium from the Canadian producer is likely to be unveiled on Wednesday (April 15). Expectations regarding Modi signing the deal are alive.
