Kathmandu, Nepal June 12 (ANI): The fate of the second phase polls scheduled for June 28 is pushed further into uncertainty because of the disgruntled indigenous parties of Nepal. The Rastriya Janata Party has turned down the proposal of ruling alliance to participate in the polls. The leader of Rastriya Janata Party- Nepal claimed that the election in Terai will not be possible without RJP-N's participation. The ruling parties had also called the agitating parties for talks on Saturday but it also failed as Rastriya Janata Party stuck to its demand of constitution amendment. In Saturday's meeting, the agitating forces presented forward a proposal to push back the election in state. In order to ensure participation of the Madhesh-based parties in the election, the Sher Bahadur Deuba-led government tabled an amendment proposal over the act pertaining political parties in the parliament, which opens the way for the registration of the RJP in the Nepal Election Commission.
